We invest in Cincinnati real estate based on good data not found on HGTV. We’re near 100% occupancy over the past 2 years and have a growing waiting list of 200+ people that would like to live with us.
We renovate while giving a sh*t about people, history and design.
We don’t obsess about “number of doors” or quick tips to “fix-and-flip.” We don’t attend real estate investing conferences. We think that most of the current obsession with real estate is pretty dumb.
We use data and analysis to look for where real estate investment is headed, which markets are peaking, where properties are overpriced/underpriced and other useful insights. We then make use of our findings and invest in the best properties. How do we get this data?
We pour though tons of Cincinnati real estate data to identify important trends. Our sources include city permit data, Historic Conservation Board presentations and documents, City Council meeting minutes, public online data including listings and various other resources that you don’t have the time to dig through.
In addition to using these insights to outsmart the market, we provide the best of what we find in a quick email every few weeks so you can make better investing decisions, too. Here’s a sample.
